We make absolutely every effort to help you sell your home at the best possible price. An intake interview followed by a valuation to establishing the asking price are the start of the sales process.
Excellent visual materials – in pictures and on video – are the next step. These let us draw the attention of the buying audience to your home. We do not rely only on established Dutch online real-estate platforms like Funda or Jaap.nl, but also make use of our own channels.

We host the viewings and open-house events for you, and involve you in the sales negotiations. And once we find a new owner for your home, we are right there with you when you sign the contract with the notary, to make sure everything goes exactly as planned.

HERE IS WHAT WE WILL DO TO HELP SELL YOUR HOME

What does the sales process look like? The full answer to that question is best discussed in a personal meeting, but generally speaking, we take the following steps:

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Getting acquainted, valuating your home, offering advice on a realistic sales price and on issues like reissuing a ground lease where applicable.

SALES PLAN

Together, we discuss your wishes with regard to the sale. From the delivery period to a seamless transfer from sale to purchase of a new home, to whether or not to host open-house events.

PRESENTATION

We take 360⁰ professional quality pictures and videos to offer sales platform visitors the best possible impression of your home.

REGISTER

We upload your home to all relevant sales platforms, like Funda and Jaap.nl; in addition, we always post a listing in a regional newspaper where we have a fixed advertising space.

VIEWINGS

We schedule and host all viewings and open-home events while you can sit back and relax. Naturally, we take your calendar into account.

NEGOTIATIONS

We conduct the negotiations in collaboration with you, to make sure we sell your home at the best possible price and conditions.

NOTARY

A final inspection of your new home and recording meter readings, overseeing the signing of the act of delivery with the notary, culminating the exchange of keys of your new home.
