You work has stationed you in the Netherlands – for a shorter or longer period.
Bouka Realtors can help you find housing in the form of a property or rental home in the Haaglanden region of The Hague! The 2018 Expat City Ranking places The Hague at the very top of expat cities in the Netherlands, with the city ranking eleventh on the international list of 72 cities.
Our services are not limited to helping you find a suitable accommodation – we also want to help you make it a home. For example, by helping you make structural adjustments and the associated building permits. We will also help you set up contracts for electricity, gas, and water. Bouka Realtors understands that buying a house can be a particular issue if you are not privy to relevant housing market information or do not speak the language.
And with the current strain on the housing market, finding a suitable home can be hard enough for expats as it is. We will coach you all the way to making a new house your home.
Traditionally, the Geuzen and Staten quarters of The Hague have been popular neighborhoods for international organizations and expats. The same is true of Bezuidenhout and Benoordenhout, the Archipelbuurt, and the Zeehelden quarter, where there is also a relatively high number of expats.
But the continuing tension on the housing market in the region of The Hague is starting to result in a shift. Many newcomers are looking for housing in the more ‘affordable’ locations in the center and southwest of The Hague, as well as in the neighboring cities of Leidschendam-Voorburg and Rijswijk.
We know and understand the housing needs of the expat, and want to help you find a suitable home in the region.
